Refund Policy

NeuroPlanner OS is operated by CORE Advisory Group. Payments for the Service are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of the charge you are asking to refund. This applies to your initial subscription charge and to any renewal charge, on a per-charge basis.

Free trials incur no charge, so no refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends. If a renewal charge occurs after your trial and you'd like it reversed, you can still request a refund under the 14-day window above.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund.
  2. Or email us at latrice@coreadvisorygrp.co and we will help you get it sorted.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
